One of my favorite dialogue line in this movie is this: "She loved me at my worst. You had me at my best. You had to make a choice. But you chose to break my heart." AwwWwwwww!!! Somehow, this line pinch my heart and soul. It was indeed one of the greatest love stories ever told in the silver screen.Labels: movie, thet speaks

I have owned before a 5 MP Sony Cyber shot with a lens that is rotating 180 degrees. Too bad that I lost it last year when I had the Christmas party with my team. In replacement, I bought a 5MP samsung digicam. The trouble though is that it doesn't come with rechargeable batteries. Having said that, I would always have to buy alkaline batteries, which unfortunately would only last for about 3 hours or so. Initially, Russell was quite hesitant when he bought his Olympus DSLR because he thought that I might get mad at him. I told him to get a Nikon camera, that's why. I am drooling and salivating over Nikon D80 but it's just too pricey. We have already canvassed quite a number of sellers in Ebay. Most of the Nikon products that re being sold there comes in package with all the paraphernalias that would enhance one's shooting talent. I still want to own such camera but I guess I had to work even harder so that I could come up with the moolah.

November 18, Sunday
This the last Sunday Pre-Cana Seminar that we have to attend as a part of completing the church requirements. We didn't have any idea that it was also the Fiesta day (Feast Day of Our Lady of Remedies)in Malate. So when we got there, the parking lot was full. Good thing that the parking attendant guided us to park into small spot in front of the church.

It’s been a while so I am going to tell you guys about some important and exciting things that just happened to me and to my fiancé in the past few days ago. I call this Blog as "chop-chop blog".
November 7, Wednesday
It was 830 am when Thet and I went to our appointment with our Wedding Priest to do our interview. I was a little bit late because I don't have a car that I could use because my sister needed to use her car for school, so I decided to take the bus instead. Anyway, I don't really like interviews, why? It’s because it makes me freak out, nervous and a possibility to past out. If I could only avoid job interviews, I would! But I can't to do that! Well, the interview went well so far. I felt comfortable with our speaking Tagalog Irish priest! Yeah he’s cool all right. We’re like close buddies. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and we took off to Thet’s house. Unfortunately, nobody’s home and the doors were locked. Sadly, the freaking rain start pouring from the sky. The only thing that protected our upper body was our little yellow umbrella (thanks to that, at least)… What can we do? Nothing, so we decided to just go to Holy Cross to file her Wedding Banns. Then we started to walk away from her house and look for a tricycle. My shoes were all wet and we’re freaking walking on the rain with a little cover on our head. That was awesome… a totally awesome day ever. After we filed the wedding bans, we took the MRT to go home to Cavite.
November 8, Thursday
The alarm started to ring our ears to bring us into life again. Rise and shine! It’s already 9:30 in the morning! It’s time to do whatever we need to do! On this day, we needed to accomplish these: my wedding banns, go to Binondo, Manila to see the publisher of our wedding invitation, go to Thet’s house, go back to Cavite, go to SM to buy the stuffs that we needed for tomorrow’s pre-nup pictorial, we need to check out the Picnic Grove in Tagaytay and pick up our uniforms in Kawit. In the end of these plans, we accomplished everything except the plan of going to Binondo. But above of everything, we are very happy to see the finished product of our cute Japanese School uniforms J.
November 9, Friday
This is the day or shall I call this “D-Day”? Of course, pictorial day has come! We woke up 5 am in the morning. But we should have woke up early than that! It’s embarrassing that we made our make-up artist, videographer and photographer waited for us! It’s a shame but surely we apologized for the traffic that we’ve been through… We arrived in Tagaytay by 10:30 am, cloudy--- and we knew that the rain would start falling soon. So we started the photo shoot and video quickly. The second round started after the rain stopped and also after we had our lunch in RSM Restaurant. The day was pretty exhausting but we’re very happy with the result of our session. Thanks to our very patient vendors! This one of my favorite shot:

Hey there! It’s my 4th week here in the Philippines! So far things are good except from the fact that I was sick for a week because of maybe a sudden change of weather. Well it’s been raining here for quite sometime now especially during night time and yet during day time, the humid and hot weather just really suck! Maybe that’s also the reason why I got sick. I still have cough, but I’m feeling a little bit better now.
Good Morning with my Bebeh on my side
I started my week with a surprise with Thet. She didn't have any idea that I will be in the Philippines on the 12th of October. I told her that I'll be here on the 15th but I tricked her and surprised her when I went to her work place in Ortigas. It was 11:30 pm when I got there. My jet lag is killing me during that time but it didn't stop from doing my plan. In return, Thet gave a punch on my tum lol. I can tell that she hates surprises! Hehehehe... And finally, I met her crazy gay team. They are really fun to be with! Thanks guys for being there for my Thet!
The wedding preps are doing well. In fact, as soon as I arrive here, Thet and I has been very busy on doing our wedding papers for the church and the dresses that our entourage needed, of course. We went to Manila for our official grooms men's suit maker, Gardini. With us, is my best friend Von, who’s going to be my best man. And finally, the tailor took my measurements for my wedding tuxedo. We’ve scheduled the fitting for the rest of my groom’s men on 4th of November. It was supposed to be done on weekdays, but since majority of them can’t make it because of their work, we decided to put the schedule on Sunday since the shop is open 7 days a week.
One of dramatic thing that just happened to me is when my Father-in-law to be found out that I was married before. Thanks to Thet for leaving the all of my paper works on their sofa--- exposed to people like her father. It’s not supposed to happen that way. Thet knows about it and we're actually planning to tell them about my status in the US. But it didn’t happen as we‘ve planned to be. And I am also not so ready about it. Papa confronted me and asked me “what’s up with those papers?” I knew that he’s angry when he asked me because he ain't smiling. Good Lord, I explained things well and he understood. He told me that I have to be honest to him next time and make even surer that I don’t have kids on my first marriage. Hehehe.
Maybe that was rough, but surely the following week is even rougher than her Father’s interrogations. We went to the jungle of Divisoria to look for the shop of Thet’s bride’s maid and her wedding gown as well. They moved their shop to another mall. Thanks to their helper who came to help us to find the way to their new place. We also went to 168 mall for bride’s maid shoes. It was a super adventure for me. Just imagine the sweat, the odor, the mud and the heat of the sun on the street of Divi? That was wack! But at least I am now aware of things that my wifey doing when I’m not here. It was a super difficult and I can’t blame her about the stress.
That’s all for now. I’ll post more maybe next week. Bye!
