Planning a Vacation

Initially, we didn’t have any plans for honeymoon after the wedding. We wanted to have an Asian cruise because of the robbery that happened to me a month before the wedding, our budget was totally ruined. At that time, I almost went crazy looking for travel deals available over the internet. It was heaven-sent though that one of my very good cyber friends, Tonee gave us a free ticket for Boracay. It was perfect since it’s hubby’s first time to go to Bora.

To Buy or Not to Buy

I’m beginning to be fond of watching home TV shopping. From innovative food processor/chopper to simple weight loss TV exercise to home gyms.Sometimes, I am even tempted to dial the network number and order for one product. But my instinct tells me not to easily believe on the power of such products. I don’t know. Maybe because my Mom had a terrible experience before when she purchased a handy sewing machine. Darn it! The machine lasted only for a week and when we tried to return the merchandise, the company wouldn’t just replace it or refund our money. What a bummer!

Nobody Can Stop Me
While riding FX on my way to the office, I can’t help but eavesdrop on the conversation of two mid-20s ladies talking about skin whitening pills and diet pill review. So much has been said about Bangkok pills and other herbal weight loss tea. Before getting pregnant, I almost ended taking diet pills because I noticed (and quite a number of people too) that I’m gaining weight faster than the usual. I’m blaming the holiday season for that. I just can’t help myself but to indulge myself into those holiday feast. What the heck, Christmas is my time of the year and it’s not a sin if I eat too much once a year. LOL

No title
Sorry, though I know that this is not the last time i said sorry
Sorry, I know that I always hurt you so badly
Sorry, but I never want you to be always angry
Sorry, I know that always do the things that makes you disagree

Sorry, if I couldn't make it on time
Sorry, if I always make your temper high
Sorry, I always do things again and again
Sorry, I wish that I could make you understand

Sorry for everything that I did
For whatever that I said

Can Debt Really Consolidation Help You?
Sometimes, when I audit observations made by my quality specialists (we are auditing calls for a telecoms customer financial service), I would often hear payment arrangement done in a month because they have to pay their credit card dues first. One time, I heard a customer telling our representative that debt consolidation hurt her credit standing instead of helping her. She has to painstakingly set aside a big chunk of his monthly income in order to settle her bills. I do manage 4 credit cards and so far, I have been a responsible credit card holder so getting into a debt consolidation if definitely far from the picture.

No More Crash Diet
One of my QASs is set to get married sometime in July. With that, we only have less than 3 months to prepare for her wedding. She's a chubby lady but too bad, she is two months on the way and she cant get into a crash diet or take weight loss pills so that she could fit a nice wedding dress. I told her though that fitting a nice slim wedding dress is not important, what matters most is that they are going married because they are in love and for the sake of their baby.

Keeping Pimples Away
My sister in law has been in constant battle with her acne problems. She has tried various acne treatments but it seems that the problem won’t just go away. When she got pregnant about 4 years ago, her acne problem even got worse because she had to stop taking hormone pills. These hormone pills prevented the pimples from pestering her. For now, she's taking the pills again and it's a good thing that her pimples are 'inactive' as of this time.

Prepaid DSL, anyone?

Since I am living in an apartment, I don’t have yet my DSL service yet. I am thinking of getting a DSL prepaid service though. It’s a good thing that I have internet access over my PC in the office. I can surf the net every time I want when I am at work. But sometimes, opting for computer rental becomes inevitable especially when I need to talk hubby about some urgent matter. I really need to save more money so that I could afford the DSL prepaid kit that is for 4.5k.

I need a new phone
Hubby gave me a PDA-phone about 2 years ago that has a GPS technology. Unfortunately though, we don’t have yet that kind of technology here. We do have 3G capability but not this wonderful technology. But sometimes, carrying the phone that hubby gave me makes me sick. It’s just huge for a petite lady like me. That’s the reason why I am trying to save some money so that I could buy a decent phone that will match my personality. J

Under Major Construction
I got tired of Marvin the Robot design. That's why I decided to finally make a huge change on my website. As you know, there are some broken links on the page, such as tabs. It is because I am still working on it. Don't click them as it will take you to the website of the author of my website design. I just hope I can fix this up as soon as I can, so that I can enjoy putting lots of stuffs. But for now, this it...

Bummer!
Somebody just stole the DVD player in the office. It was meant for employee's entertainment during their free time so it's available for everyone. I am not going to be surprised if in the future, computer memory will be the next. IN my former call center, a supervisor was caught stealing a hard drive and a memory stick. Pathetic! That cause the guy's termination.

Marketing Plan
Of one the pre-requisites of a business degree from U.P. is to have a marketing. It's our thesis, so to speak. As we do our marketing plan, we had to do a lot od budgeting and market research before we could come up with a structured plan. We had to find who our target market is, the demography of the location and the amount of fixed assets and cash flow that we need in order to run a business. My team mates and I agreed to have a spa business and way back 2003, a spa centre is something that is new for all of us.

The day of excitement
It is exactly 4 days before we find out if we will going to have a blue flag or a pinky flag. If it's a boy, then it's going to be awesome! Because before I always want to have a brother in our house, because I am the only boy in my family. But if we will be so lucky, (or let's not say having a baby girl is unlucky... but I will be really glad if he is a boy) then I don't have to worry about anything with his future. He can do whatever he wants, except bad habits syempre. But if he is going to be a playboy, that would be so fine with me. Only if he is going to be good in his studies.

Well... if GOD gave us a a little Sissie cute girl, I'll be thankful. BUT thats going to be a bad karma for me for being such a playboy when I was single. Now that I have to think about how to protect my baby girl from flesh monsters. For sure, I don't wanna imagine those ridiculous things that i did that could possibly happen to my child nor the reader of this blog think about the same thing. And No, I didn't mean to scare you. This is just my Karma and not yours. I will surely kill people for doing it.

Anyway, I was browsing (again) Youtube, when I found this cute confused, kinda sweet, innocent little boy that look exactly like me when I was a kid. As in seriously, he looks like me! This video makes me super excited to know what woud be my baby? Is it going to be a Boy or a Girl? May 12 is coming and I can't wait till my wife THET to go to her doctor's appointment.

I am alive!
Hello mga ka-Berks! I am back on track and ready to attack! This is going to be my first blog entry for the month of MAY! Isn't exciting? Well I am. So here are some updates about me and some other things that I've collected that might interest you guys!

It's been almost like a month since I left my foot prints here so let me update you about my application with the Navy...

Sadly but true, that you can never get the things that you want during the first try. Like what happened to me when I took the ASVAB exam. I was so frustrated after I found out that I didn't score higher than the required score by the Navy. In other words, I flunked. What is ASVAB anyway? It's a type of examination that you have to take when you join the military. It is composed of subjects like Arithmetic , Algebra, Vocabulary, General Science, Shop Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension and others. ASVAB is actually an abbreviation of Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. My brain bled out when I took the examination. LOL I have to go back to my high school days to remember those subjects. My self teaching thing with ASVAB book didn't help me out so much. I hate it when Mathematics is involved. And hate it even more when the level of Math reach Algebra. But it's all good. I have another month to study even more for my next ASVAB exam.

Isn't a miracle that I able to make a blog entry today? Hell yeah. Let me tell you how... Well it's like a month ago I was able to invest a little money to buy a second hand laptop in eBay auction. The laptop is barely working. Because it doesn't have a battery, no hard drive, no dvd drive, no ac adapter and no recovery discs. That's why I got it for $120, shipping and handling inclusive. After I got the laptop I spent at least 80 bucks to complete the system. Its like 50 for hard drive, 10 for ac adaptor, 10 buck for recovery/OS discs that I ordered from HP and 10 for the battery. And woo yes! My HP NC4000 is now back in business for blogging!

There are lots of way that you can do to your laptop or PC if you want to make it more likely personal, like it was truely operates according to what you like. If you want to do this, visit http://www.customize.org/The site was amazing. I have able to do a lot of customization from boot up to themes and such skins for you window media player. I love the site.

Do you support our very own PBA Teams? Let me tell you that you can now enjoy playing with them as much as you enjoy watching them in your TV set. How? Go HERE and watch THIS:
